In general, yes — we accept returns for all of our products. However, a return must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Damaged on arrival – The product arrived damaged during shipping.

• Wrong product or configuration – You received an item that doesn't match what you ordered (wrong color, size, firmness, etc.).

• Bent or disproportionate – The shape or proportions of the toy deviate noticeably from the original design.

• Unusual surface bumps – Unintentional excess silicone on the outside of the toy.

• Unusual surface cavities – Unintentional missing silicone on the surface, creating indentations or holes that shouldn't be there.

• Improper cure – If a toy has more than one color and the silicone wasn't mixed properly, it can split or separate at the color transitions.

Are there any exceptions?

Yes. The following cases are not eligible for return:

• Fully custom toys – Since these are made to your exact specifications, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect covered above.

• Opened or damaged packaging – If the packaging the toy was shipped in has been opened or damaged, the return may not be accepted. Please ensure toys are returned in their original, unopened packaging whenever possible.

All toys are shipped in sealed, semi-transparent bags. This lets you inspect the contents visually before opening the bag itself, so you can confirm everything looks right upfront.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. The outer package is completely unmarked — there's no company branding, logo, or indication of what's inside. The only identifiable information is on the shipping label itself. For international orders, the customs declaration may list the contents as "Silicone Sculpture," depending on the product. This helps keep your order private while still complying with customs requirements.

What's included in each order?

Currently, each order contains your purchased item(s) in their sealed bags. However, we're working on expanding our packaging! In the near future, every order will include:

• A custom inner packaging design

• Minis or samples to try out

• Stickers

• A cotton storage bag for your toys

• A flyer with care tips and other useful info

We'll announce when these extras roll out, so keep an eye on our updates.

All our toys are made from skin-safe silicone and colored with anti-allergic pigments. We take material safety seriously and only use compounds that are body-safe and suitable for their intended use.

Are the toys ready to use on arrival?

Every toy is disinfected before shipping, and we take care to package products as sterile as possible. However, we strongly advise that you clean and disinfect your toy again upon arrival before first use. This extra step ensures maximum hygiene and gives you peace of mind.

Do you use sustainable packaging?

We do our best to use sustainable packaging materials wherever possible. We're continuously working on improving this aspect of our business as we grow.

I have allergies — can I still buy your products?

While we use skin-safe silicone and anti-allergic pigments, everyone's body is different. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, please consider the following before purchasing:

• Speak to your doctor — A medical professional can help you determine whether our materials are safe for your individual needs.
