Applicable Law

This policy applies to all consumers within the meaning of the German Civil Code (BGB) and complies with the statutory distance-selling provisions. Your statutory rights, in particular your warranty claims for defective products, remain unaffected by this policy.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Custom-made and personalized goods: Our products are made to order or personalized according to your specifications. As such, they are expressly excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB.
• Sealed hygiene products: For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g (2) No. 3 BGB).

Return Conditions and Packaging Requirements

For the rare cases where a return is accepted (e.g., statutory warranty claims, defective or incorrectly delivered items), the following conditions apply:

• Unopened and sealed: The product must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. The inner sealed package containing the product must be fully intact and undamaged. We cannot accept returns of opened, used, worn, or tested products for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Secure outer packaging: Returned items must be placed in suitable, protective outer packaging before shipping. If a return arrives damaged because it was inadequately packed, the claim may be rejected or the refund value reduced.
• Complete contents: All original components, instructions, and accessories must be included.

Warranty and Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory warranty rights under German law. If a product is defective at the time of delivery, you remain entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement), reduction of the purchase price, or rescission of the contract where applicable. Warranty claims for defective items are not subject to the hygiene or custom-made exclusions above.

Product Preparation

Before packing the products they are disinfected and dried in a 100°C oven. Then the products are carefully individually packed in branded bags with a seal.

Packaging

The bag with the product is then placed in a branded box (optionally as a discrete packaging). With the product we always include:

• A care card
• Some minis and samples
• Some stickers :3

After the box is closed it gets wrapped in another discrete box to keep your secrets safe ;3

Shipping will be done via FedEx, DHL or Hermes depending on country or the prices.

From a Joke to Reality

It all started with a joke: "What if I could make someone's fursona's genitalia and then tell them to go fuck themselves?"

But after creating those first 3D designs, we discovered a genuine passion for the craft. What began as a humorous idea quickly evolved into something much more serious—and way more fun. We enjoyed the creative process so much that we decided to go professional.

The Etsy Era

We opened our first shop on Etsy and started building a customer base. Unfortunately, the Terms of Service update in Summer 2024 forcefully closed our shop indefinitely, ending that chapter abruptly.

Eurofurence & Growth

Rather than giving up, we pivoted to in-person events. We attended Eurofurence 28 and 29 with our stand, offering unique finishes on our silicone products that set us apart from the competition. The overwhelming positive response confirmed what we hoped: there is absolutely a place for us in this market, and a community that appreciates our quality.
